Provisional bookings are welcomed by telephone but must be followed up within 7 days with a completed booking form which you can request from us or print from this web site.
We require a deposit of £100 (per week for each apartment) which is non-refundable.
Following receipt of the booking form and deposit, Songbird Holidays will send a confirmation invoice and statement.
Not less than 8 weeks before the start of your rental we require the balance to be paid along with a security deposit of £500. (Please see our terms and conditions.)
Reservations made within eight weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of booking.
The rental period shall commence on Tuesdays at 4.00pm and finish on Tuesdays at 10.00am. For bookings of more than a week please contact us for a reduced rate. If you would prefer an alternative arrival day, depending on our bookings, we will try and arrange this.
